If you do nothing else, do this.

You don't need a program, a subscription, or a free weekend. You need ten minutes a day and one other person. Here is the whole thing.

This week Week of September 22

Philippians 1–2

  1. 1

    Read both chapters. Ten minutes.

    Every day this week

  2. 2

Ask God: “What are you teaching me?”

    Every day this week

  3. 3

Write down one to three takeaways.

    Every day this week

  4. 4

Say them out loud to one or two others.

    Once this week

The four moves

Why each one is there.

  1. 01

    Read

    Read God's Word every day.

The same two chapters, every day, for a week. Repetition is the point — the fifth reading is not the fourth.

  2. 02

    Listen

Ask God: “What are you teaching me?”

Not a study method. A conversation. You come to the same passage expecting Him to say something.

  3. 03

    Write

    Write down 1–3 takeaways.

Short. Honest. Yours. Writing it down is what turns a nice thought into something you can actually carry.

  4. 04

    Share

    Share them with 1–2 others.

Once a week, out loud, with people who know you. This is where reading becomes discipleship.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Two chapters a day? That sounds like a lot.
It's about ten minutes. And it's the same two chapters all week, so by Thursday you're not reading new material — you're returning to something you're starting to know.
Why read the same passage five times?
Because the fifth reading is not the fourth. The first time you're getting your bearings. By the fourth or fifth you stop skimming and start noticing — and that's usually where God says something.
What if I miss a day?
Pick it up the next day. The rhythm is not a streak to protect; it's a habit to keep returning to. Missing Tuesday doesn't ruin the week.
I don't have anyone to share with.
Start with one person. A spouse, a friend, someone at work. One other person is a group. You can also find a gathering near you or start your own.
Do I need the app?
No. A Bible and a notebook is the whole method. The app just removes the friction — it knows which chapters are today's, keeps your takeaways, and holds your group's week in one place.
